Hello,
My name is Marta. Yesterday I was charged 175’29€ by Dropbox in my bank account. I did not use any service nor contracted anything. How can I get a refund? Thanks in advance.

Hey there @Marta Parent; welcome to the Dropbox Community!

 

Since this is not related to an account of yours, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team so we can have a better look into this. 

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any account and from there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon.

 

PS: I'm not sure if this would help in this case, but you can find the email address that's associated with a charge by using our self served look up tool
