I bought the wrong subscription and was charged $470 and I need to talk to Dropbox in order to get the charge off of my card. I thought I had bought the $12 a month subscription but it was a business account. How do I contact billing services to get this resolved?

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
