I received a 12 month upgraded account with my new laptop and when I tried to verify email I realised that I have set it up with a letter missing from my email so I cannot verify (as it is not my email) and I cannot edit the email as there is no option to do so as it only gives me the option to verify.
Can anyone help?
Hi @Jabbott, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!
Can you just clarify for me, was the typo made in the beginning of the email, or in the domain after the "@"?
Also, are you trying to change the email address via the account settings on the website here?
If you try another web browser, or an incognito/private window, do you see the option to "edit" there?
Let me know and we'll go from there!
