Invoices are not visible

Hi all,

 

actual I have a dropbox basic acount and I want to print out the invoices for tax reason. The helpfunction in Dropbox is not suffient because it says I shall go to abo and then I shall select an other folder Where I can find my invoices. But under abo there is no other folder. 

I was also not help to get any direct support from the dropbox team support, because was not able to get a ticket.

my bad. I did not choose my business account.

Hey there @Mario30; welcome to our Community!

 

Basic accounts come for free; that's why you can't find any invoice in your account. 

 

Did you upgrade another account at some point in the past perhaps? 

 

If you did, you can use our self-served look up tool to identify the email that's associated with the charge in question.
