Hi i bought annually subscription Drop box plus from ios
And it work till yesterday
Suddenly i have and alert that i dont have enough space and i become basic user
But my renewal time is on September 2021
What should i do now?

Hey @Radiologyrasool; welcome to our Community!

Could you try to restore your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device?

In order to do so, please follow the below steps:

1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

This should activate your last upgrade.

If you can't see "Restore purchase" this means that your app isn't up to date and you'll need to update your Dropbox app from the App Store on your device and try again.

My app is up to date
Version 218.2.10
And after i restore it say error 403
The operation couldn't be complete

Multiple Dropbox accounts, and the Plus subscription was moved to another account.

I have 3 dropbox account
2 of them is basic
And one is on plus plan
The there account is connected to one ios account
Suddenly from yesterday
The plus account change to the basic
And one of my basic change to plus
I want to return the previous situation
What should i do

Can you just confirm for me, are the Plus subscription payments made directly to Dropbox, or through the app store on your mobile?

Also, did you take any actions within the account around the time that this happened?
