We are considering switching our account from Dropbox Basic to Dropbox Plus, but we need to make sure in advance that the form of the receipt is eligible for our company to apply for reimbursement. Is it possible to give me an example of the receipt?
Thank you!
Hi @KS VGH, thanks for joining the Community!
Currently, there aren’t any example invoices to show what they look like.
If you need to be reimbursed for tax or VAT, then Dropbox Plus doesn’t give you the option to add a VAT number or customize invoices, as this is available on Dropbox Professional and Business plans.
Let me know if you need any further info!

Thanks for your reply.
We do not need the receipt to reimburse for tax for VAT. It's merely for us to apply our paycheck from our company.
Can I make sure that the receipt for credit card payment will include the title of your company name and the title of ours?
Thank you very much.
For personal accounts (Plus, Professional), Dropbox's name and address are included on both the receipt and invoice. There is no place to set a company name on personal accounts so they will only include your name. If you need your company name included, you would need to replace your name with your company's name in your account details.
I see. Thank you so much for your reply.
