Is it possible to share the space from my upgraded personal account?

Hi, I have a personal account which I share, I recently added more storage space but my partner is still showing No space available. How do I share space?

I have was in such situation. Just write to support or wait more time.

Hi @CO10,

I'm not sure what exactly You mean. The space can't be shared, from one side. You can share a folder. In such a way the folder content is shared, not the space! Even more the folder space is counted for both account, which decrease the available storage, not increase. From another side, at the beginning You say that the account is shared. If You mean you and your partner are connected to the same account, then the story is different. Possible reason could be that your partner application is still keep information for the old subscription. Ask your partner to relink (unlink and link again) the application, which will refresh the subscription info. Try at least...
