Is there a way to find what accounts exist that are associated with my domain?

New member | Level 2

My emailfor dropbox is  drop123xy@mydomain

I need to know what dropbox accounts still exist for xxxxxx@mydomain

I will then know the password

I have changed machines etc but not the @mydomain.

Just went round in circles with bot :-(

Dropboxer

Hey @JonathonL, thanks for reaching out to us.

In general, each Dropbox account is associated with one email address.

As such, if you remember the email address for the account, then you can try signing in with the relevant credentials or, if you're not sure what the password is, by resetting it.

If the account was on a paid subscription and you have credit card charges, you can also find the email address by using our lookup tool.

If you're still having trouble with accessing your account, you can submit a Help Request here, from an incognito window (without signing in).

Also, if you'd like, when you successfully submit a ticket, you can let me know the ID (eg. #1234567) associated with it, so that I can pass your comments along.

Let me know how it goes, thanks!
