By mistake I allowed dropbox to synchronize files from my laptop. I didn't want them to be in dropbox. So, I deleted my account and created a new account, disabling, this time, the option of synchronization. But, unfortunately, when I deleted that account, the synchronized files disappeared from my laptop. In other words, I lost the files both on the Dropbox account and on the laptop.
I wonder to know if it’s possible to retrieve/restore the deleted account in order to recover the lost files. Is there any solution for this problem?
I have been trying to create a ticket for a deleted inactive account and I am stuck in the same loop, being redirected to the same not useful page over and over again...waste of a lot of time for such a simple task honestly.. frustrating
