Is there any way to view my support ticket?

According to the instructions here:

Reply to a support ticket

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Go to dropbox.com/support.
  3. Scroll to the section titled Your ticket history, and click View tickets.

 

These is no such section.

Could you try using another browser than the one you originally used and let us know if this persists?

It depends on the browser. I tried Firefox wirh safety fixes and Waterfox with safety fixes, and neither one worked. I can't safely use any browser without safety fixes.

It's hard to list all thefixes, but these include user preferences, about:config fixes, extensions, and user css to switch fonts, increase font sizes, and block as much flashing and animation as possible.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you here @Ananiujitha!

 

If you have a Basic account, you wouldn't be able to see your tickets with the steps in the article mentioned before.

 

Just to clarify, are you having the same issue as before? Or is it related to another issue that I could help out with?

Yes, it's the same issue, I just wanted to check my ticket status since I had an email alert about it.

I see, thanks for confirming @Ananiujitha!

 

From what I can see, the ticket was closed as it was inactive for a period of time. However, you should be able to reply back to my last email there to open a follow up on that.
