If you have a Basic account, you wouldn't be able to see your tickets with the steps in the article mentioned before.
Just to clarify, are you having the same issue as before? Or is it related to another issue that I could help out with?

From what I can see, the ticket was closed as it was inactive for a period of time. However, you should be able to reply back to my last email there to open a follow up on that.
