Hello, 

 

I am trying to set up a dropbox account for my work life.  I have set it up and they sent me a verify email link that has been blocked by my email administrator as the email was not scanable for viruses... Long story short my email admin will take forever and I need to use this now... is there a work around the verification or another way to verify or a more secure email that can be sent to me?  Help!

Although you may have to contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further, you can also reach out to our team via this link this link using an incognito window (without signing in).
