Last week I used my job's e-mail account for a new dropbox account.
I tried multiple times to verify email address, but unfortunatly nothing comes in. I have checked the spam, added firstname.lastname@example.org to my address book, but nothing works.
And just to be clear; e-mail address is working receiving other emails fine.
So, the next step is to create a ticket (Dropbox.com/support). But can't find this option anywere. The only thing I see is that I can't see my tickethistory, beceause I need to verify my e-mail address.
I've tried to verify my email many times now. The address is definitely correct, Dropbox says it's been sent, and it never arrives. I've checked my security and filter options, triple-checked Spam and Junk. But I got a mail from Dropbox Community. Please give me the solution.
I have the same trouble and have tried 3 different browsers but no luck! I haven't been able to log into my main account for several weeks.... have submitted a ticket but no response. This is SO frustrating!
