It took a month to explain the problem and then there was no answer?
I sent an email to ask for help from December 29, 2019, and it took dropbox a month to figure out what I meant. It seemed that in addition to the knowledge base, the expression of my true meaning didn't matter at all.
Now that I've made it clear, I haven't replied for a month. What happened?
