It took a month to explain the problem and then there was no answer?

It took a month to explain the problem and then there was no answer?
I sent an email to ask for help from December 29, 2019, and it took dropbox a month to figure out what I meant. It seemed that in addition to the knowledge base, the expression of my true meaning didn't matter at all.
Now that I've made it clear, I haven't replied for a month. What happened?

Best regards

Hey @12312312311111, I'm sorry to hear about this!

I was able to locate your open ticket with our Support team, and I've passed along your comments from here to let them know you're waiting on an update.

I've also increased the priority of your case to try an expedite the matter for you.

Sorry that I can't be of much more help here, but please don't hesitate to give me a nudge here if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Thanks!

Wuhan isolation needs 14 days, I have been isolated by dropbox for a month, dropbox is unfair.

Hey again @12312312311111.

As I mentioned above, I replied back to your last email so that we could look into this together. Did you receive this email from me, as I didn't receive a reply in response?

If you received my reply (perhaps in your junk or spam inbox), please get back to me there as I wouldn't be able to assist you from here.

Thanks!
