Just upgraded to Pro but it has not taken effect yet

I just upgraded to Pro yet can't utilize the additional space as my upgrade is not yet in effect. I did receive an email conformation for payment of course. How long does it take for an upgrade to take effect?

Hi @zanestu, thanks for posting!

 

The upgrade for your account should reflect almost immediately on your account.

 

Can you clarify for me where you upgraded your account? Was it directly through the website, or through the mobile app perhaps? 

 

Also, did you upgrade to Plus (which used to be called Pro) or the Professional subscription?
