Hi,

 

I had an issue with my dropbox, and I submitted several tickets, but they never got back to me and they never solved the issue. Any similar experiences?

Just to avoid confusion, this is definitely not a news! Somebody could interpret it as a real news. 😃

Unfortunately, there are lot of such "news"; I don't know their count. You should be happy that "they never got back". Very often when someone get back, the result looks like here. Just an example. 😉
