Hi! I recent bought lenovo laptop and get an 100gb dropbox promotion for a one year. I fill the box with my old account and get nothing. Dropbox have been emailed me but my storage limit didn't increase. I need help. Thank You

The terms of the promotion state you have to create a new account to get the 100gb.
By using your current account you'll have voided the offer.
The only way to try and see if you can get it would be to factory reset the machine and follow the instructions and terms https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/space-storage/lenovo-offer
