Recently my Lenovo laptop keeps receiving a msg that told it offers me 100GB storage for a year.
So I installed Dropbox back and log in with my previous account.
But the storage space still has not changed.
Anything wrong with my setting?

Currently, the Lenovo promotion should be for new accounts only. Are you signing into a new account, or a pre-existing account?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
Thanks for the info. The promotion for Lenovo is only for new Dropbox accounts created directly via that app, so it wouldn't be possible to claim it on an older account.
If the promotional space wasn't already granted you should be able to do this @Mkaminski.
Why don't you give it a try and let us know how it goes?
no luck. i created a new one and now i dont know how to connect lenovo as my app on the drop box settings, i cant find anywhere on the lenovo vantage how it works. tried chatting with lenovo and dropbox, still didnt get any answer. they are pointing fingers who should assist me

I just purchased two new PC's from Lenovo in October and when I went through the setup I created a new Dropbox account using my company email as per instructions but I did not get the 100GB, I only got the 2GB.
Can you help? I have tried to get Lenovo to fix this but have had no luck.
