Locating and merging accounts into one professional account

New member | Level 2

Since Dropbox doesn't allow you to speak to a human, I'm hoping someone from the community can help me out. We have a few different accounts, and I need help locating them to merge into one professional account. One appears to have been opened by a former employee under our business, and there seem to be a few others as well. How do I locate all of the accounts and then merge them, when I only have access to one of them?

Hi @DBuser12; welcome to the Community!

Since you're referring to individual accounts, you can use any email address that you think might have been used and, assuming that you have access to those email addresses, ask for a password reset to gain access.

If the account's you're referring to are paid, you can also use the self served look up tool to identify the email address(es) that are associated with any possible charge from us for a Dropbox subscription.

As for merging the accounts, please take a look at our dedicated Help Center article:

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any more questions.
