I’ve had a Dropbox account since about 2012 under an old email account. For some reason over the past few months when I try to log in with not only my saved password, but different potential passwords I am completely unable to get in. I can’t send a change of password to the email address on the account because the email was deleted years ago. There has to be some way to get into this Dropbox account. Could it be locked? It’s my only way to get to pictures of my great grandma and the anniversary of her passing is coming up. I’m desperately trying to get in. Please help!

You'll either need access to the email address associated with your account, or another device that's already signed in to the account. If you have neither, perhaps you can contact the email provider and request your email account be re-activated, even if just temporarily.
