Login and password help

I set up a business account last week. Today it will not recognize the login or the password. The account has not been used because we cannot get in. We have been charged $720 for the year.

Please help!

Hey there @sjl - I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with accessing the account you recently upgraded to one of our Business plans. Let's see what we can do about this now.

At first, could you please verify which email address is associated with the account in question by using our self served look-up tool? You can find it here:

Once you find the email address associated with the charge at hand, please try to login using that. If you've forgotten the password, please navigate to the following page: 

Let me know how this goes and if you get any errors along the way, please forward me a screenshot so I can have a visual of the matter too.
