Login and upgrade issues

Hello,

I can login with my other account into Dropbox app, but I can't login with the same login into Dropbox website. Also in app, I can't click Upgrade. It just do nothing. I can't also download files. Otherwise I can upload and edit. I am owner. I tried to find some live support here, but with no luck so far. Thanks.

What error do you get when you attempt to login to the Dropbox site?

Are you trying to upgrade via an Android or iOS device? What happens if you upgrade via the Dropbox site?
