I was having a dropbox account: [email removed as per Community Guidelines]@yahoo.com . When I tried to open I see password expiration error. So I entered my email. It said If you have account, you'll receive a mail. But after many attempts, I have not received any message. So I cross-checked by creating another account in [email removed]@yahoo.co.in ( replacing .com to .co.in), new account opened. I thought that I will get reply that account already exists but instead new one was created.All my files in [email removed]@yahoo.com are no more!!! Very pathetic to miss the files!!
I tried many ways but couldn't solve. Please support

If you have an expired password on your account, have you tried these steps in order to regain access to the account?
You should get an email to the same address to the original Dropbox account you have.
