I have 2 personal accounts. When I'm logging in on my browser, it "remembers" the login I last used. So I enter my other account credentials and press submit/login. But upon clicking, I can see the email address changing BACK to the account I don't want. I have tried over and over and over. It's maddening!

It's likely your browser doing that; not Dropbox. Clear your browser's cache/browsing history, and remove any saved logins/passwords for Dropbox if you use that feature in your browser, then try again. If you use multiple accounts, make sure you uncheck the Remember Me option.
