I have an old Dropbox account with an old email. I don‘t know the password for both. That means i can‘t sign in in my old Dropbox account. Is it possible that i can change the email/password in my old account or can i get the pictures on this?

Assuming the account still exists (idle accounts are deleted after a year of inactivity), you would need access to the email address you used to open the Dropbox account in order to gain access to it.
