Hi, on June 4 (few days ago) Lori confirmed my refund has been processed.
When trying to reply to Lori I am now told customer service will not receive my email and to come back to the community even though in the last email I am told to reach out if I need any further help.
So here I am again.
I am wanting to receive confirmation/proof refund and do you have an idea what a "reasonable' amount of time is for a refund?
How long until I am contacted?
I am following up on my refund that is being processed and I am unable to reply to my email communications with Lori any more so here I am again.
Yesterday, I was told customer support would email me ... I am still waiting ...
Please assist me - I should not have to come back to a community forum again.
@Hannah can you please provide the information I asked for? You closed my case but you have not solved my problem.
I am asking for evidence of a refund I am yet to receive from 2018 (not 2019 which you sent me).
@Lori I initially was in contact with you in which you have confirmed a refund on June 4 yet I have no received no refund yet. You also closed my case - Please can I see proof the refund has been made?
I would greatly appreciate assistance.
