I can't find a place to submit a ticket, therefore I had to post it here. Hopefully someone from the dropbox team can read this. 

 

I was a student at MIT. We were offered free unlimited enterprise account with school email. You just have to log in with MIT certificate.

 

After graduation, I forgot to move my files, and I no longer have MIT certificate to login to my dropbox. I have all my school files saved there. I would actually like to pay for the service to keep my storage. How can I do it? Please contact me and I can provide my school email address.

Hey there @sunme, I'm sorry to hear about that!

 

It sounds like one of the admins have deleted your account from the subscription.

 

To regain access to this account, you would usually need to ask them to restore the account and remove you from the team by reverting your account to a personal one.

 

I can suggest reaching out to our Support team to see if they can assist you with this. To do so, you can submit a ticket from here (while signed out of Dropbox) by filling in the details under "Submit a help request".

 

You'll get a ticket number (eg. #1234567) which you can let me know here, so that I can pass along your comments.
