Lost account

Hi all,

I recently became part of a dropbox business group and about 3 weeks ago the administrator cancelled my account without previous notice. Unfortunately I was not in the condition of contacting the administrator and it looks like I lost all my personal folders. Is there a way of getting them back?
I would really appreciate any advice on the matter.

Hey there @altrap, thanks for checking in. 

 

The best way to look into this would be to submit a ticket to our team, due to account-specific information that's needed. 

 

You can do this via this link, using an incognito window, and entering the email address that the account in question was associated with. 

 

Once you do that, let me know the ID (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along.
