Lost dropbox account log-ins as have more than one account

Hi, I have more than one dropbox account due to being very unorganised over the years and having various emails change. I can only remember one of the accounts to log into and it is not the account that i pay extra monthly storage for. How do i go about locating my paid account so? And is there any way of combining all accounts once I have located it? I have a new business email that i need to link to my paid account .

Hi there @ Amy T, thanks for reaching out to us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

If you still have access to the inbox of the possible email addresses that you used, you can look up for any message or notification that you might have received from us at some point in the past. 

 

Also, if you had a paid subscription for your account(s), you can look up the email address associated by entering one of the charges you had on your credit card using our charge lookup tool.

 

If you’d like to look into this a bit more in-depth though, you can contact our Support team via this link using an incognito window, without signing in. 

 

If you'd like, you can also let me know the ticket ID you get (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along to the member of my team who’ll be reviewing this for you.
