Lost memories

Lost memories

Hello,

I had a Dropbox account years ago. I cannot remember the email address I used to create this. I maybe only have the phone number associated. I do not have access to the email as it was so long ago and I cant even emmer what the address was. Is there any way I can recover the photos on this account or gain access to it?

Thanks.

If the account was idle for more than a year, it would have been deleted due to inactivity. Once an account has been deleted, neither the account nor the files within can be recovered.

Assuming the account still existed, you would need access to the email address associated with it in order to gain access to the account. Without it, or without having an active device already linked to it, it's not possible to access the account.

Hi Rich,

Thanks for your reply. I managed to find the account I was on about and you are right they've deactivated my account. I am horrified at this. My other half has passed away and all my photos and memories are on this account. Is there any way at all I would be able to recover this?

Thanks.
