We have an employee Aneta Bodkin that has a dropbox account - <remove>. But she also had a dropbox with a previous email account and that email is gone - <remove>, and the email provider cableone is out of business. We need the documents merged from the old email and put on her new account. We have very important documents that we need. Please call us as soon as you can. <remove>
Yikes @Steve Halley its SO dangerous putting personal info on here - its a public website and ANYBODY could use it especially as Dropbox support isnt going to call you. They dont do outgoing calls - inbound is paying business users only.
To fix your issue your employee needs to simply share a folder from her old account to the new one.
Unfortunately if she doesnt have access to it then without access to the email the data/account is lost and you'll need to restore and recover from a backup.
