Dear whom it may corcern,

 

I am having trouble merging my current dropbox account with my school account. I was trying to find the Dropbox Support email for assistance but couldn't find it. Would any of you happen to know the Dropbox Support email??

Currently, it isn't possible merge personal accounts via the site. Are you referring to joining a Dropbox Business team? 

 

Could you clarify what plan you're currently on according to this page?

Hello Jay,

 

Currently, my account is Dropbox Business account which I don't know how I ended up with and I asked my school (Gatech) to help me join the GT Dropbox service. I was told to contact you to change my account into personal first and then join the GT one. Could you please help me with this?

Is it a paid Dropbox Business team, or has it expired? What is the exact wording of the plan, and total quota you have on your account from that page?

Thank you for your quick reply Jay!

 

It has expired and currently I see the following:

"Your team’s Dropbox Business trial has ended and team files have stopped syncing. To resume, see next steps."

So the 'see next steps' option isn't working for you @SimonKSH
