I received the same email & have the same issue. I can't find where to update the DOB from! This truly frustrating for how much we pay for this service. Not to mention that we store important personal and business data on it.

DropBox team, please sort this out!

This is a work account, corporate I am not a minor, by mistake I put today's date when I request the date of birth and now it appears that the account is going to be closed.

Can you check if you're signed in to the correct Dropbox account, @ARCHIVOfis?

 

As for you @ycova00, you will definitely need to reach out to our support team and let them know what happened.

That was probably a Phishing scam attempting to get people to supply their date of birth as the perp is building enough information to open phony accounts or to gain access to your accounts. Do not think it is a good thing as it is an obvious Identity Theft attempt.
