Missing membership

I received yesterday email from Payment infrom me that I’ve been charged $119.88 for Dropbox International Unlimited Company and when I login to my membership I didn’t find any upgrade membership to my account
So may I know please this amount of money I’ve been charged for what and for which membership !?

I have transaction ID if it needed

Since you have all the billing information needed to identify the email address used for that charge, I'd suggest using our self served look up tool


Once you've clarified which email address is associated with the upgrade, try to log into that account.
