Hello ! I connected a free trial (30 days) to Dropbox after connecting from my bank card were charged 11.99 USD and the service was not connected. Why did I get the money when connecting the free version? And why is the service still unavailable?
Please return the withdrawn funds to the credit card account. I really like your platform, but I was very upset by this attitude, I will stop using it if my funds are not returned.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
