Money taken out account after subscription cancellation

I requested a refund for a business account I set up by mistake last week. The refund was made the following day. However later that day the money was taken out my account again. I am wondering if you can help me with this. I also created a chat with Patrick from your team whom mentioned that he would get someone to call me back about this issue. However I haven’t had a phone call yet
