Monies paid for upgrade, but never received the additional space allocation

Upgrade

I requested an upgrade to Dropbox plus. The funds were deducted from my credit card almost 2 weeks ago, but the additional space still has not been allocated even after sending dropbox 2 emails to rectify it or refund me. To date received no reply from them. Very unhappy with their service.

How did you upgrade? Was it via Dropbox or an app store? 

 

If direct with Dropbox you need to check which account you upgraded - its almost certainly a different one to the one you are logged in on.

I only have one account. It is not yet updated, even though my payment went through on the 7th of Feb. Payment reference XFGL4DBQT52M FOR USD 137.86

Well that's just not good. My first guess also would have been a mix-up with different accounts. But since you only have one.. I also checked the information provided in the support section, but I didn't find anything helpful, sorry.☹️
I hope the issue gets resolved quickly.👍

Use https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt to check the accounts
