I requested an upgrade to Dropbox plus. The funds were deducted from my credit card almost 2 weeks ago, but the additional space still has not been allocated even after sending dropbox 2 emails to rectify it or refund me. To date received no reply from them. Very unhappy with their service.
Well that's just not good. My first guess also would have been a mix-up with different accounts. But since you only have one.. I also checked the information provided in the support section, but I didn't find anything helpful, sorry.☹️ I hope the issue gets resolved quickly.👍
