Multilple locations logon

Multilple locations logon

I have shared my paid Dropbox standard account credentials to urgently download debug log data from another country from a customer.  I want to log on to my account using the same credentials from the US. The logon process involves a step to confirm login by clicking email link.

Would my login break their session, they are still uploading log files, but I have to urgently look through the starting logs now. These are 4MB zipped files. Windows machine, they upload via browser (Chrome) I am afraid to logon, since it will break their 200Gb upload.

Thanks!

Hey there @Alex2020; welcome to our Community!

I don't believe there would be any problem with this; just note that sharing an account's credentials is not recommended while sharing your Dropbox password with others also violates the Dropbox Terms of Service.

In any case, please let me know if you have any more questions.
