Hi,
I have a Business Account shared with multiple team members, attached to my email address, let's call it Business A.
I have just joined another business who has their own Business Account and given me access through my new email address with them, let's call them Business B.
I use the Desktop App and would like to access both accounts easily.
Is this possible and can anyone tell me how to do it?

No, that's not possible. You can link a business account and a personal account to the app, but you cannot link two business accounts.
