Hi @dipuvisual, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

Generally, if a user hasn't accessed a Dropbox account for over 12 months, then it would have been automatically deactivated by Dropbox

 

Once this happens, it wouldn't be possible to regain access to the account or the files within.

 

Unfortunately, as it has been 5 years since you last used the account, it wouldn't be possible to recover it.
