My Dropbox was accessed by someone not me and the email was changed

Someone accessed my dropbox account that I have a lot of sensitive information in and changed the email to theirs locking me out of my account. I made a ticket a week ago and no one from Dropbox has responded to me yet. Is there anything I can do? I pay monthly for this account and I can't even stop payments without access.

Just found out Dropbox Support closed my ticket without responding to me.

It appears that your ticket was closed automatically by our system.


In order for us to investigate further, I sent you a new email. 

Reply back to me whenever you can, and we'll take it from there.

Have you checked your spam or junk folder?

 

Keep in mind that I sent it to the email address linked to your Community profile.

Hmm I get the emails saying you responded to this thread but I have nothing else. Is there an email address I can send an email to?

You can always re-send our Support Team an email @scottdesmarais.

Just make sure you send me the ticket number reference here as soon as you do.
