Someone accessed my dropbox account that I have a lot of sensitive information in and changed the email to theirs locking me out of my account. I made a ticket a week ago and no one from Dropbox has responded to me yet. Is there anything I can do? I pay monthly for this account and I can't even stop payments without access.

Have you checked your spam or junk folder?
