Ticket #12679906: DB: Unable to sign in

Hi,

I've created my dropbox account using my college email credentials which I no longer have access to.   I was able to gain access but a two-factor-authentication was sent to my old @edu email which is no longer active.  Is there any way to bypass the two-factor authentication requirement if I still remember my password?

You can bypass it by using the backup codes you were given when setting it up.

Other than that without access to the email account (can college reactivate it?) or a device already logged in, no, it isnt possible.
