My Professional account just renewed, but then joined a Business team. Now my account is Basic.

My Professional account just renewed, but then joined a Business team. Now my account is Basic.

I have a dropbox professional account for many years and a week ago the year-subscription was renewed.

I accidentally joined a Dropbox team and integrated my professional dropbox into it.
I deleted myself from the team and got back my own dropbox BUT with the basic account at the same email address as before.
Now to my question, do I have to buy a new dropbox professional- subscribtion again? It renewed a week ago.

Hi @JoakimL, I hope you're having a good day so far!

 

When you join a Business team, any personal subscriptions on the account that joined receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time on the subscription.

 

Can you check your billing page in your account to see if this is the case?

When you join a Business team, any personal subscriptions on the account that joined receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time on the subscription.

 

Can you check your billing page in your account to see if this is the case?

Hi and thanks!

The problem now is that I can not reach the plan or invoice page. It just stands and thinks until a message comes up that it was not possible to reach the page.

This is what it has been doing for the past 24 hours.

Just checked my bankaccount and it was a refound from Dropbox. And now I upgrade again and i CAN reach the billing/invoice page again!
