My account downgraded as I was having trouble with Apple. Can I change my payment method?

hello dears,

from few month ab having a problem with my apple account

and my DropBox account is linked with my apple accound so am not able to pay my monthly invoices
and now my DropBox account is has been downgraded
so kindly can i change my account from Apple subscribe to my email ?
so i able to pay my due invoices ?

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you clarify your query so I can understand this in a little more detail?

 

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox mobile app on iTunes, or are you referring to your account being created and linked to an Apple ID?
