I have been registered in my account for a long time. Today I needed my files. when I try to enter the profile, it says to me that I am not registered. I checked my mail, there were no letters from you. There were no warnings. I had to create a new account to write here. help me please!

Hi @Vik_777, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

It sounds like your account would have been deactivated due to lack of activity, if you haven’t accessed it in over 12 months. An email would have been sent to you prior to the 12 month limit to inform you of this. They might have been redirected to your junk folder if they're not in your inbox.

 

If this is the case, then it wouldn’t be possible to recover the account or the files within, unfortunately.
