My account hasn't been downgraded

Anyone have any idea how i can contact anyone at dropbox?   I had the upgraded version and I was able to chat with someone and got a ticket number.  My account should have been cancelled a while ago and it wasnt.  Now that I have downgraded I am not able to contact anyone, even though they said someone will get back to me. I have heard nothing - very dissapointed.
