My account hasn't been upgraded

I have just upgraded my account. The charge is showing in my bank account but my available storage hasn't been applied to my account. I have tried the receipt-finder tool, but it is not recognising the 8 digit number.

Hello @meljwatson1, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Can you please clarify for me, where did you upgrade your account from?

 

Eg. via the website directly, or through the mobile app.

 

The lookup tool would need a 12 digit transaction ID to be able to lookup charges for subscriptions made directly through Dropbox, which is most likely the reason it's not working for you there.

 

Let me know the above, and we can go from there!

Upgrade was done through the pop up alert provided in my account through the website directly. Have tried the 12 digit ref from my bank statement but it is not recognising it.

I cant upgrade my DropBox. 

I put all the CC information but the system doesn't even try to charge the CC.

The upgrade scrren does not work.

Could you clarify exactly where the trouble starts for you?

 

Do you get any error messages by any chance?
