My account is disabled after beeing deleted from a business team

Hey,

 

I was deleted from my admins business team today because I got a new work e-mail added to it. This because I only wanted to use the first e-mail as a personal Dropbox-account. But now it is disabled and I can't log in... and it doesn't work to send a new password because Dropbox says that it doesn't exist. I can't even register it again because my e-mail is already taken... What is happening? 

Why can´t I use my Dropbox?

 

Appreciate all the help I can get

Hi @Lisaandren, thanks for contacting us!

It sounds like the team admin deleted your account, which would hold onto that email for 7 days, in case the admin wants to reactivate the account in incidents like these.

Could you ask the admin to reactivate the account again, and then follow these steps to convert the account to a personal plan away from the team.
