My account is disabled and I can’t access valuable files

I haven’t been on for a month or so but I it being removed for inactivity is said to be 12 months. The photos/videos I have on there are important to me and are some of the last videos I have on my grandmother. How am I able to get them back?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
