It sounds like you have added a shared folder onto your account, which has then increased in size to above your normal quota level.
Since shared folders do take up quota on all active members’ accounts, you’ll need to remove the shared folder from your account using the steps here.
This should return your account to being underquota again, if you don’t have many files in your private folders.
