My account reports to be full but it shouldn't. Can you help?

New member | Level 2

HI, for what i already read, many users are having this problem.

I deleted almost everything, even from shared folders.

I do have some strange files in the home folders from 1970???

I know i had an application connected named dvr..something but i never used it and disconnected it from my account.

Please help.

Dropboxer

Hi @fernmac; welcome to our Community and happy Monday!

From the looks of it, your account is still full for some reason. Can you double check your 'Files' tab on our website to see if there are any folders or files taking up more space than you originally thought?

As per the issue with your account's Recents section, we had some similar reports lately. Can you please clear your browser's cache, try an incognito window or another browser and let me know if you're still seeing this?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there!

I even deleted the cache folder on the computer, nothing, always full for no apparent reason...
